Mao Hehuang--CEO
　　Mr. Mao Hehuang, advanced engineer with master degree, high-level talent of Changzhou City, takes the posts of managing director and associate sectary general of New Energy Commercial Association All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, member of China International Solar Photovoltaic Energy System Standardization Technology Committee,Member of PV Committee of CRES(Chinese Renewable Energy Society),Member of Solar Building Committee of CRES,Member of Small Energy System Committee of CAREI(China Association of Rural Energy Industry) .In 2009, he joined in EOPLLY. From April, 2002 to July, 2002, he is fully in charge of a series of work about bidding for National Western No-electricity Towns Power Access Project by working for Changzhou Youze; from August, 2002 to August, 2003, being the commander-in-chief of the No-electricity Towns Power Access Project of Changdu District, Tibet, he is wholly in charge of the construction of 40 photovoltaic power stations with the overall scale of 715KW, which was proved to have best progress and top quality. From September , 2003 to 2004, being standing vice-president and general manager of Optoelectronic Division, he is fully in charge of marketing and production of optoelectronic products; after 2005, he is wholly responsible for the production and management of YOUZE, mainly engaged in production, sales and installation of solar, silicon chip and photovoltaic system project, etc. He has published many papers in the relevant photovoltaic industry journals and have the ownership of five patents related to photovoltaic industry.

　　Mr. Cao Hongbin, with bachelor degree, EMBA in Tsinghua University, has ever taken the following posts: director of Hai’an Farm Processing Plant, vice-president and general manager of Hailin Group, Nantong, general manger of Nantong Hailin Baixinle Knitting Apparels Co., Ltd., general manager of Nantong Xing Xing YI Cui Apparel Manufacturing Co., Ltd., COO of Nantong Hailin Group, etc. He has accumulated more than 20 years’ working experience in comprehensive management, production management, product development and brand operation, etc.

Xu Shicai—Executive director and purchase director
