| Staff Training Program Being Launched |
| As the opening shot of the “Company Full-staff Training Program”, the internal management level training program was held in the training room on the fourth floor of the company on 9th, June, 2009. More than 80 people, mid-level managers, marketing, financial personnel participated in the training.
The training mode is adopted as “lecture” by CEO and Directors. General Manager, Mr. Cao, who has rich experience in manufacture process of solar cells and solar modules, made a detailed and easily-understood explanation. CEO, Mr. Mao, who has abundant knowledge in PV field and once participated in the National Bright Project, introduced information about the solar application project. Finally, the President, Mr. Fei gave a speech of the company culture, the development strategies and the sales skills acquisition with his over thirty-year experience in strategies implementation and enterprises management.
Besides the lecture taught in the program, the effective on-site questions and interactive communication were added in the processes. An active and warm atmosphere is welcomed by all audience and all participants agree that it has a new style with significant result. So far, Full-staff Training Program has being launched. | | |  |
