| Establishment of BIPV Research and Development Center and Industrialization Base |
| In August of 2009, Eoplly New Energy Technology Co., Ltd and the National Residence and Dwelling Environment Engineering Research Center signed the cooperation agreement to establish BIPV Research Center of the National Residence Engineering Center and Eoplly and BIPV Industrialization Base of the National Residence Engineering Center and Eoplly respectively, jointly establish the research and development, and production lines of photovoltaic members of buildings, and carry out a series of technical studies on integration of solar photovoltaics and buildings. The establishment of such cooperation relation will greatly enhance the design, construction and maintenance capability of Eoplly New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
National Residence and Dwelling Environment Engineering Research Center (referred to as “National Residence Engineering Center” for short) is an industrial technical research center established under the formal approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Construction with its technologies relying on the China Architecture Design and Research Group. Major technical problems in the field of residence and dwelling environment are mainly solved by the National Residence Engineering Center which mainly undertakes key scientific research projects of China and is responsible for organizing and integrating advanced technologies both in China and overseas for research and development as well as promotion of products. In addition, it accelerates the conversion of scientific and technological achievements of residences through demonstration projects. | | |  |
