In order to make the best of resourceful advantages of Haixi, Qinghai Province in solar energy and soil, pursuant to the applicable policies and regulations of the State on western china research and development and new energy resource development and utilization. Recently, an agreement is made and entered into by and between Eoplly New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, we, us or our) and concerned parties of Haixi, Qinghai, stipulating that Eoplly New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will invest and develop the solar energy resources within 5 square km in the regions concerned in Haixi, Qinghai, so as to build a PV power station. In the principle of “General Planning and Construction by Stage”, the first-stage loading scale for the solar power station shall be 20 MW, for which RMB 800 million will be contributed. So far, the first-stage resource general investigation and project proposal work have been carried forward.
