So far, the Ministry of Finance of the PRC (MOF) and Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC (MOHURD) have issued a joint official document, publicizing the first Solar PV Roof Electricity Generation Projects that have obtained the governmental subsidiaries. The Nantong Administrative Center 1.73MW Roof PV Electricity Generation Project declared by Eopply is on the list. Being the largest project in Jiangsu Province, the project has had a project scale taking 1/10 of the whole provinceand won the same proportional subsidiary sum.

      It is reported that in the year of 2009, the first approved Jiangsu Solar Energy PV Building Application Demo Projects are totally 23, the total installed capacity of which is around 16.7MW.
