To adapt to the characteristics of PV industry, to plan the development in the future two or more years, to create the core competivity for the Company and to further develop work surrounding such core competivity, the Company launched the 3
rd Strategy R&D Conference in Shanghai PRC, with attendance of all members from the Board and management of the Company.
The participants communicated and debated their thoughts on how to create core competivity for the Company and working plans for the respective centers in the year of 2010. Mr. Fei Jianming, Chairman of the Board, addressed his significant speech ultimately, systematically putting forward the whole framework of the core competivity of the Company and the 10 specific innovation actions and 4-wheel-driven profit mode to create core competivity. Clear in reasoning, prominent in key points and with accurate trouble-shooting, explicit orientation and practical actions, the speech of Mr. Fei obtained the unanimous consents from all of the participants.
