一、Advanced quality control process
  EOPLLY attaches great importance to product quality. While constantly expanding output, it strengthens the technical innovation of production technologies and strictly control the product quality. In accordance with the requirements of ISO9001:2000 international quality management system, it establishes a series of quality guarantee systems, including those of raw materials, procurement parts, outsourcing parts, on-assembly products, finished products, etc.

  Firstly, this process should start from supplier management and incoming inspection test of raw materials so as to timely and effectively control the defective raw materials and refuse them to step into the process of production. Every EOPLLY production line workers should experience strict training before taking the job and they should have a very strong consciousness of self-inspection and mutual inspection. Patrol inspector and final inspection post are established to monitor the quality of product in production process and finished products. For the collection of all information in the production process and the record of the relevant data when the product is delivering from warehouse, we can guarantee that the product’s production and , inspection and other related information can be immediately inquired as long as the customer can provide the code number of the product he is using no matter how long this product has been sold out(5 years, 10 years, 25 years, etc.).

二、 Complete process of handling customer complaints
  We timely collect the customer’s response toward the product quality, delivery , service and other aspects of our company as well as the information of customer needs ,expectations, market dynamics and competitors. Once a quality complaint is received, we should timely confirm the correctness of complaint firstly and then organize the relevant staff members inside our company to analyze to find out reasons and improve the quality accordingly, and finally give the customer a satisfactory reply.
